Low-Carb Soft Pretzels

These soft pretzels have a biscuit-like taste, but are also super rich and yummy. These pretzels owe their shape to a pretzel shaped baking pan. This recipe only makes 2 since they are best right out of the oven! They’re best served straight out of the oven, and when topped with butter and everything bagel seasoning, these are addictive (so don’t make too many!).

Ingredients
1 cup Carbquik
1 Egg
1/4 cup melted Mozzarella
1 tbsp Whipping Cream
1/4 cup Boiling Water
1 tbsp Salted Butter (plus small amount melted to top)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Pre-grease your Pretzel pan
- In a bowl mix Carbquik and boiling hot water
- Add Egg, Whipping Cream, Salted Butter and mix until a dough
- Put in pan and top with Everything bagel seasoning (this will be the bottom)
- Bake for 12 minutes, then flip outside of the oven and add melted butter and Everything bagel seasoning to the top
- Serve immediately
